1. Trade Shows
Trade shows are a massive annual undertaking because you’re hosting several thousand people in one space over several days. Having the right facility for these types of corporate events in North Carolina represents one key to having a successful event.
Our open floor plan in the grand hall can handle up to 372 10×10 booths with plenty of space for people to walk around. You can have a main stage at one end, catered food, or food at our concession stand.
We have plenty of infrastructure for electrical outlets and cabling for when your vendors and presenters need to bring their own equipment, like flat-panel screens or computers. We also have tables and chairs for booths.
2. Conferences
Conferences are a great way for like-minded people to celebrate, educate, and socialize among their peers in a formal setting. Whether your conference celebrates another great year in the industry, hosts keynote speakers in varied specialties, or offers a platform to exchange ideas, the grand hall offers a place for large events, while meeting spaces off to the side are ideal for breakout sessions and smaller gatherings.
For example, your conference is about numismatics and philately. Keynote speakers are from the U.S. Mint, and they have the grand hall at key times throughout the day. Whatever reason to celebrate, we can host your corporate party. Winter holidays are a great time to have a fun gathering. If you want to hire live music or a DJ, we can provide a space and dance floor as well as the stage and audio equipment.
Surrounding the stage can be tables and chairs for people to eat, relax, and socialize. We can set up buffet tables or serve food to your attendees. Our team can also set up a cash bar.
Whether you celebrate a staff of 10 or 100, we have a party venue for you that’s safe and in a controlled environment. You can host a private party without worrying about complete strangers coming in and out like you would at a restaurant. You and your team will have the whole gathering place to yourself.
5. Corporate Team-Building
Have a fun afternoon of team-building at our Game Day Adventure & Arcade. In addition to arcade games like skeeball and pop-a-shot, our aerial ropes course and indoor climbing wall help bring your team closer together when they challenge each other to participate in activities safely above the ground.
We have concessions and catering available. The corporate team-building packages we offer depend on the size of your gathering, anywhere from 15 to 50 attendees and from two to four hours. Our top package is $1,000 for four hours for up to 50 attendees. That’s an extraordinary value at $20 per attendee at maximum capacity!
