What Is Our Game Day Adventure and Arcade?
Think of our Game Day Adventure and Arcade as a huge play place for kids (and adults) of all ages. There is usually a charge for open play on Saturday. But your party attendees get to play at Game Day Adventure and Arcade during their stay.

Features of Game Day Adventure and Arcade
There are four main areas of Game Day Adventure and Arcade. Each one is popular with guests, and, as we said, there is something for everyone.
The Ballocity play area is for younger kids who may be too small for certain activities. Think pre-schoolers up to first grade. Kids can get “lost” in a foam pit, crawl through tunnels, and exit through a slide.
The climbing wall area has a shorter wall for younger kids and a taller wall for teens and adults. This section has climbing obstacles of varying shapes, sizes, and heights for guests who are adventurous climbers. It’s safe, and everyone has a secure harness.
The indoor aerial ropes course offers fun challenges for older kids and adults who love soaring above the crowd. Navigate a rope bridge and navigate a balance beam as you head to the middle of the ropes course.
Our redemption arcade is fun for everyone. From pop-a-shot and skee ball to racing games and air hockey, your birthday party guests can test their skills. There is an automated machine that dispenses tokens for playing the game.
We might also offer foosball tables and cornhole for your kid’s birthday party. We have a wide range of possibilities, so talk to our team when reserving your kid’s birthday party time.
Hosting a Kid’s Birthday Party at Game Day
Rocky Mount Event Center offers three packages based on the size of your kid’s birthday party. Two of our three packages offer food and drinks for your guests, either pizza or hot dogs.
The Adventure Package ($350) is for up to 10 guests, including the host:
- Adventure Event host during the party
- Solid color party plates, napkins, cups, tablecloth & utensils
- 2 hours in a private party room and game day play
- $5 Arcade Game Pass per guest
- $13 per additional guest
The Extreme Package ($375) is for up to 10 guests, including the host:
- Adventure Event host during the party
- Solid color party plates, napkins, cups, tablecloth & utensils
- 2 hours in a private party room and game day play
- $10 Arcade Game Pass per guest
- (2) pitchers of drinks
- (2) one-topping pizzas
- Game day t-shirt for birthday child
- Additional drink pitcher and one-topping pizza added for every additional five paid party guests
- $15 per additional guest
The Ultimate Package ($425) gives you and your guests everything to have a great time. It’s for up to 12 guests, including the host:
- Adventure Event host during the party
- Upgraded party theme with party plates, napkins, cups, tablecloth & utensils
- 2 hours in a private party room and game day play
- $15 Arcade Game Pass per guest
- 3 Pitchers of drinks
- (3) One-topping pizzas with a bag of chips OR 24 hot dogs with a bag of chips
- Game Day T-shirt for the birthday child
- 2,000 Bonus tickets for the birthday child
- Game Day birthday swag bag for the birthday child
- (12) Ice cream cups
- Additional drink pitcher and one-topping pizza added for every additional five paid party guests
- $20 per additional guest
So, for just $75 more than the basic package, you get a lot more fun built into the party. And your child gets extra-special treatment with the swag and extra tickets.
We have some package upgrades to think about, too, when you want to make your kid’s birthday party even more memorable for attendees:
- Game day t-shirts: $10 per guest
- Goodie bags: $5 per guest
- Additional party room rental and game day time: $50.00 per hour
- Arcade game cards: $5 & up per guest
- Upgraded theme parties: $75.00

Pizza and Drink Options
There are two main food options for your kid’s birthday party. First is pizza, a real crowd-pleaser. The Extreme package has two one-topping pizzas for up to 10 people. The Ultimate package, for up to 12 people, gets three one-topping pizzas. So, if you want more slices of pizza per guest, go with the Ultimate package!
For drinks, our options are for two or three pitchers of drinks, depending on the package. Drinks can be Gatorade or many flavors of soda from Pepsi brands.
If you want to go all-out with full food options, we have in-house catering, or you can choose a caterer to deliver food to the party.
On-Site Concessions
Make sure to mention to any parents that there is an on-site concession stand at the Game Day Adventure and Arcade. Food includes three simple breakfast options, snacks, burgers and chicken, nachos, pizza by the slice or whole, drinks, and sides.
So, make sure to inquire about any food allergies when creating invitations for your child’s birthday party. You can have them look over the concessions menu to see if the food is appropriate for someone’s dietary requirements.
