Rocky Mount Event Center Explains Tournament Season

There is nothing more exciting than the thrill of tournament season—the smell of artisan concessions in the air, the thundering of athletes racing across courts, and the nearly deaf eardrums from the screams echoing from the stands. It’s an incredible time, and the last thing anyone wants to worry about is the care of a younger child, noncompeting bystanders, and other distractions that could pull away from your all-star’s moment.

Rocky Mount Event Center understands this, and we’re proud to say that we can help with all of these concerns. In today’s blog, we’ll cover how to make the most out of tournament season at Rocky Mount like a pro.

Sports Tourism

Whether your sport is volleyball, basketball, wrestling, or cheerleading, our 8 basketball courts and 16 volleyball courts allow us to accommodate the highest level athletes and championship-level competitions at regional and national levels. Rocky Mount Event Center is a professional sports tourism complex, and we’re not only the experts on sports, but also on the local area. Our staff can answer any questions you might have, and we’re always happy to help.

Who We Host

We host all ages, genders, backgrounds, and more within the sports of volleyball, basketball, wrestling, dance, and cheerleading. Not only do we host players, but also player families and more.

Our facility is the prime location for corporate events, weddings, banquets, and expos, which is why we offer full in-house kitchen and catering services to assist with the needs of our attendees.

Bench Your Younger Children At Game Day Arcade

During tournament season, the facility is closed to outside access. As such, the Game Day Arcade, our full-service catering faculty, and other relaxing areas are exclusive to the competition attendees.

Leave your worries in the arcade (or in the kitchen!) and let us take care of you while you watch your athlete compete.
