Luckily, we have something for everyone at Rocky Mount Event Center. You’ll find fun for the whole family. Here are a few examples of things that the kids will be able to do if they’ve had enough of watching the games or if they just need some fun times during the day.
1. Redemption Arcade
Our indoor video arcade is the perfect place to challenge yourself, whether you’re playing for a high score or playing against each other. From pop-a-shot to skeeball and games of chance to video arcade games, kids of all ages will love the fun and the tickets they can get to redeem prizes later. Challenge your kids to a game to see who wins, including air hockey!
2. Soft Play Area
Do you have smaller children? Then, the soft play area will be ideal for your family. The indoor play place has interactive activities from start to finish, with tubes and slides to get lost in every nook and cranny. Check out the ball pit, part of the Ballocity soft play area, which will provide fun in a safe and engaging environment for younger kids who are too small to participate in the activities for pre-teens and teenagers.
3. Aerial Ropes Course
If your older kids are looking for something a little more exciting to do, either during a tournament or just as an activity, check out our indoor ropes course. This course is fun and exciting for adults, and it’s a great place for business teams who want team-building activities. Keep in mind that our ropes course has height and weight restrictions, so this activity will have to be reserved for older children who meet those requirements.
This activity is great for older children who have the skills to navigate a ropes course high above the floor. Everyone is safely strapped into a harness.
4. Climbing Wall Area
The room features climbing obstacles of all shapes, sizes, and heights, creating infinite possibilities for adventurous climbers. Older kids can climb nearly up to the ceiling, and there are several walls to choose from.
If you have an adventurous little one that doesn’t meet the requirements of the rope course or the bigger climbing wall, they can use the Clip N’ Climb instead! This is for anyone ages 4 and up. The Clip N’ Climb is both safe and fun! Scale our walls and navigate obstacles the whole way up.
