In addition to the meeting rooms off to the side of our main halls, our grand hall easily accommodates 372 standard 10’ by 10’ booths. This setup still allows for plenty of room for patrons to walk and assemble without the risk of overcrowding. If needed, the grand hall can be divided into two separate areas that can host about 180 booths each.

2. Plentiful Food Choices

Whether you’re serving snacks or want to offer concessions, we have three options.

First, we have an in-house catering team that can provide snacks and food throughout the day. We can recommend certain menu items for self-service. If you’re hosting a banquet, pre-party, or after-party, we can take care of that, too.

Second, we have on-site concessions that serve standard food but also healthy dishes like a fruit cup, quinoa salad, and a chicken Caesar wrap. Whether your attendees want a mid-day power snack or a lunchtime meal, we can handle your expected crowd!

Third, there are at least seven eateries within three blocks of Rocky Mount Event Center. We encourage your trade show attendees to find their favorite foods at these local restaurants and businesses.

3. Professional Audio & Stage Setup

Some trade shows have a main stage for keynote speakers or events throughout the day. Our facility can set up various types of lighting and sound for a main stage during your trade show in North Carolina. We can also handle other types of event technology.

Even better, the kitchen or buffet lines are adjacent to these breakout rooms. You can have four small rooms and two large rooms, one large room, or eight small rooms. Stages are available for each setup if you need them.

5. Easy Location to Find
